I didn’t come to this point overnight. My path has been shaped by over 15 years of professional experience across multiple industries, from a demanding career in banking to successfully running businesses while staying grounded in my core values. Along the way, I developed my own Life Navigation Blueprint, a powerful framework for success that empowers individuals to align their inner purpose with external achievement. This blueprint helps you clarify your purpose, discover your authentic self, and build the roadmap to your extraordinary life.
In addition to my career in the banking sector, I’ve been fortunate to lead multiple successful ventures, including a social impact enterprise focused on reshaping Africa’s narrative through fashion. I have personally mentored and coached countless individuals to discover their potential and unlock success in both their personal and professional lives.
I’m also a passionate advocate for women and youth empowerment, having served in leadership roles with African Fashion Development Centre, Proud to be Me (UK) and board role with women-centered NGOs like The Confident Woman, Africa. I’ve delivered empowering speeches on diverse global platforms like The Operating room Global, University of Birmingham, and volunteered my time to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable communities. I have been featured in Business day and national Newspaper, Nigeria featuring my entrepreneurial journey. My recent selection as a UN WOMEN UK CSW 68 Participant (2024) and membership in ForbesBLK only further validates my commitment to creating sustainable change for those who need it most. My work with the youths cuts across secondary schools and Universities, served as vice president of my secondary school alumni, post graduate student ambassador, speaking at empowerment events channeled towards entrepreneurship, because we are in an entrepreneurial revolution. As a licensed social worker in the UK, my work has cut across advocating for youths in the prison systems supporting them with community integration services so they don’t continue in the revolving door and additionally, those transitioning to adult services, supporting them to achieve their desired outcomes in line with legal framework.
My academic background includes a Microbiology degree, an MBA, and a MA in Social Work. I hold numerous leadership certifications, along with international Project Management credentials and specialized training in Executive and Life Coaching. But what truly sets me apart is my deep understanding of divine wisdom, psychology, and philosophy—which I integrate into my coaching methodology to provide a holistic approach to success in every aspect of life.
When I’m not coaching or speaking, you’ll find me using my voice in a different way—as a podcaster, youtuber, singer and songwriter. I’ve released several singles that reflect the power of resilience and self-expression. I’m also a devoted wife and mother, and I firmly believe in the power of family as a foundation for achieving personal and professional greatness.
